West Ben; WHEREAS it i8 expedient to amend the West Bengal Aot V of Evacuee Property Act, 1951, for the purposes and in the 1961. manner hereinafter appearing ; It ig hereby enacted in the Fifth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, &8 follows 1.
