Further, aS per provision of Enterprises Promotion Policy-2015, Chapter-4 at Sr. No.4.1.1 (a), Haryana Enterprise Promotion Board (HEPB) has been constituted bearing notil fication No_ 49/53/2005-41B1 dated 3rd February, 2016 under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister; Haryana for Time Bound Clearances of new Projects and accelerating the pace of investment in the State, sanction special package for Mega Projects and approving any policy initiative, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to supersede Notification 49/53/2005-41B-1 dated &th July, 2005, further partial modification notification bearing No 49/53/2005-41 Bl dated 14th January, 2008 and super-session of Notification bearing No. 49/33/2013-41B-1 dated I6th April, 2013.
