Short Title and commencement . -(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals (Check Post and Quarantine Camp, Manner of Inspection, etc. ) Rules, 2015. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 . Definitions.-(1) In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) 'Act' means the Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (Central Act No. 27 of 2009); (b) 'Form' means a form appended to these rules; and (c) 'Section' means a Section of the Act. Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
