Further, as per provision of Enterprises Promotion Policy-2015, Chapter-4 at Sr. No.4.1.1 (a), Haryana Enterprise Promotion Board (HEPB) has been constituted bearing notification No. 49/53/2005 -41B1 dated 3rd February, 2016 under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Haryana for Time Bound Clearances of new Projects and accelerating the pace of investment in the State, sanction special package for Mega Projects and approving any policy initiative, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to supersede Notification 49/53/2005 -41B -1 dated 8th July, 2005, further partial modification notification bearing No. 49/53/2005-41 B1 dated 14th January, 2008 and super-session of Notification bearing No. 49/33/2013-41B-1 dated 16th April, 2013. Remaining terms and conditions shall remain the same as per Notification bearing No. 49/53/2005-41B-1 dated 3rd February, 2016.
