HARYANA GOVERNMENT ANIMAL HUSBANDRY & DAIRYING DEPARTMENT Notification The 4th November, 2016 THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009 No.4728 -AH -4 -2016/12520. — In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with Sub -section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of "The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)", the Government of Haryana, hereby declares the Blue Bird Tourist Complex Lake at Hisar infected with Avian Influenza (H5N8). The 1 km of radius from epicentre (Blue Bird Tourist Complex Lake at Hisar) is declared as infected zone and further 1-10 Km radius from the epicentre is declared as Surveillance zone. No birds, eggs or feed of species Avian I.e. Poultry, Ducks, Turkey, Gunea Foul etc. shall be moved from the above described area to any other place.
