Appeals against certain orders of prescribed authority.(1) An appeal against any order of the prescribed authority refusing to grant or renew a hcence or suspending or cancelling any licence or forfeiting the security, if any, furmshed by a warehouseman shall be made to such authority and w1thin such bme as may be prescribed.
