Delivery of goods.-(1) Every warehouse-nan, in the absence of reasonable excuse, without unnecessary delay, deliver the goods depos1ted m his warehouse to the depositor on demand made by him and on surrender of the receipt nuly discharged and on payment ot all charges due to the warehouseman.

(2) Subject to any agreement between the warehouseman and the depos1tor, the depos1tor may take partial delivery of the goods deposited in a warehouse.
