13. Alteration ot identity information and photograph:

thhd f th Patra card holder family is found incorrect or changes subsequently, the head of the family or any other adult member of the family may request the Authority to alter such identity information or photograph, as the case may be, in the rccord of the family in theArun Parivar Patra Resident Data Repository in such manner, as may be prescribed.
TheAuthority may, suo motu or on receipt of any request under sub-section (1 ), after such inquiry orl and verification as it may deem fit, make such alteration as may be required in the Arun Parivar Patra Resident Data Repository and intimate such alteration to the head of the family and the member concerned in the manneras may be prescribed.
No identity information and photograph in the Arun Parivar Patra Resident Data Repository shall be altered except in the manner provided in thisAct.
