## Page 1 LAD Teh(L.A) n p/2 30/9 CHANDIGARH ADMINISTRATION FINANCE DEPARTMENT ESTATE BRANCH NOTIFICATION Vollio Dated 26/09/2019 No. 43/3/327-UTFI(5)-2019/ 16041 Whereas a preliminary notification No. 43/3/327-UTFI(5)-2018/245 dated y/m 28.11.2018 was issued under Section 11 of "the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in be Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013" for acquisition of land for public purpose 1/7/1 namely for connectivity from Dakshin Marg to P.R. 4 road U.T./Punjab Boundary as per the Sh., approved Master Plan of U.T., Chandigarh. The said notification was published in the U.T. Ramishi Des Chandigarh Gazette dated 28.11.2018 and in the two daily newspapers "Jagbani" (Punjabi) dated Patrain 30.11.2018 and "Amar Ujala" (Hindi Version) dated 30.11.2018. The Public Notice regarding the substance of the said notification in local language (Punjabi) was got published in the locality as per Rapat No. 156 of (Village Dhanas) and Rapat No. 113 of (Village Dadu Majra) dated 04.12.2018 of the Roznamcha Waqayati of the Patwar Circle, in the office of Tehsildar, U.T., Chandigarh. The said notification was also uploaded on the official website of U.T., Chandigarh. It is clarified here that due No. PA/LAO/ 2476 Dated. 27/9/19 to clerical/typing error, land measuring 17.80 acres was mentioned inadvertently in the said notification u/s 11 of the Act instead of 17.76 acres, which is being rectified in this notification.
