(1) The Board shall cause to be maintained such books of account and other records in relation to the Fund, as may be prescribed.

15. (1) The Board shall cause to be maintained such books of account and other records in relation to the Fund, as may be prescribed. (2) The Board shall, as soon as may be after the closing of its annual accounts, prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form and manner as may be prescribed. (3) The Fund shall be deemed to be a local fund of a Local Authority and be audited by the Examiner, Local Fund Accounts, Uttar Pradesh. The audit report and the action taken thereon shall be intimated by the Board to the State Government.
