(1) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the execution of a decree based on a loan advanced by a bank.

13. (1) The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the execution of a decree based on a loan advanced by a bank. (2) The provisions of sections 16 and 17 shall not apply to the hill pattis of the Kumaun Division. (3) In areas to which the Bundelkhand Alienation of Land Act, 1903, extends the provisions of sections 16 to (18) 1 shall not apply to the land of a member of a tribe which by virtue of a notification issued under section 4 of that Act is deemed to be an agricultural tribe for the purposes of that Act.
