3 In section 14 in sub -section (7) — (i) between the figure "1952" and the comma occurring thereafter, wherever occurring, the commas, words and figure "as amended by the Uttar Pradesh Nagar Kshettra Rin Vidhi Pravritti Adhiniyam, 1962" shall be inserted ; and (ii) for the words "rehabilitation grant" the word "annuity" shall be substituted .
