In section 9 -A in sub -section (4), for the words and figures "estates under the U. P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950", the words and figures "agricultural areas under the U. P. Urban Areas Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956" shall be substituted .
