In section 4 (a) in sub-section (2) — — U. P. ACT No. XIX of 1962 ]

4. In section 4 (a) in sub-section (2) — (i) for the words, letters and figures "U. P. Act I of 1951" in the margin, the words, letters and figures "U. P. Act no. IX of 1957" shall be substituted ; (ii) for the word "estate" wherever occurring the words "agricultural areas" shall be substituted ; (iii) for the letters, words and figure "U. P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950," the letters, words and figure "U. P. Urban Areas Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1956" shall be substituted ; (iv) for the words and figures "30th day of June, 1952" wherever occurring and the words and figure "thirtieth day of June, 1952" the words "date immediately preceding the date of vesting" shall be substituted ; and (v) for the words and figure "first day of July, 1952" the words "date of vesting" shall be substituted ; and (b) in sub-section (3) — (i) for the word "estate" wherever occurring, the words "agricultural area" shall be substituted ; (ii) for the words and figures ''1st day of July, 1952'' the words ''date of vesting'' shall be substituted; and (iii) for the words and figures "30th day of June, 1952" and the words and figure "thirtieth day of June, 1952" the words "date immediately preceding the date of vesting" shall be substituted .
