NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 25 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999 (Karnataka Act 29 of 2000) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Rules, 2000, namely:- RULES Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements (Amendment) Rules, 2023. They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. Amendment of rule 27(A).- In the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Rules, 2000, in rule 27(A), in clause (a), for the words and figures "Rs 50.00 lakh" the words and figure "the amount as specified in the first proviso to Section 6 of the Act", shall be substituted.
