Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Fifty Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1.Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) I'his A=« may be called the Bihar T.and ms (fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquicition of Surplus Land)(Amendment) Act,2006. T.and Reforms (fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquicition of Surplus Land)(Amendment) Act,2006. It shall extend to the whole of State of Bihar.
