(Act No. 39 of 1961) [Received the assent of the Governor on the 23rd day of November, 1961.] An Act further to amend the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) Act, 1956. State Legislature in the Twelfth Year Be it enacted by the Rajasthan of the Republic of India as follows:- called the Rajasthan Legislative 1 Short title:_This Act may be Amendment Act, 1961. MM 1 (6) 2 Insertion of new section 6B in Rajasthan Act 6 f 1957 ~_After section 6A of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments) Act; 1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act; the following new section shall be inserted, namely: GB._~Regulation of use and maintenance of State car and house: The use and maintenance of the State car referred to in sub- section (1) of section 5 and of the house referred to in sub-section (1) of section 6 shall be regulated by rules made in this behalf by the Governor: 3 Amendment of section 7 Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957_-Section 7 of the principal Act shall be and shall be deemed always to have been re- numbered as sub-section (1) of that section and after the said sub-section (1) a
