(93) Parliamentary Affairs Department NOTIFICATION Jaipur, October 22, 1981 G. S R 63-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 read with sub-section and (8) of section 6A of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely 1 Short title _ These rules may be called the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Officers (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1981. 2 Applicability:- These rules shall apply to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly and also to the Government Chief Whip and the Deputy Government Chief Whip and the Leader of the Opposition who are hereinafter referred to as the said officers_ 3 Medical Facilities.-The said officers shall be entitled to the same medical facilities and attendance as are admissible to minister under the Rajasthan Minister (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1961 for the time being in force and the provisions of the said rules shall mutatis mutandis apply to the said officers in relation to the medical facilities and attendance admissible to them_ [No. F. 7(5) Sansad/81] By Order of the Governor _ Gopal Krishna Sharma Secretary to the Government.
