R. 68.Ð read with sub-section (7) and (8) of section 6A of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Officers and Members Emoluments and Pension) Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 6 of 1957), the State Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :— Short title.ÐThese rules may be called the Rajasthan Applicability.ÐThese rules shall apply to the Speaker and Medical Facilities.ÐThe said officers shall be entitled to the [No. F. 7(5) Sansad/81] By Order of the Governor, Gopal Krishna Sharma Secretary to the Government.
