121. Certain Acts not to apply . — (1) The provisions of 1 [the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013)] and d 1 [the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003)] shall not apply to the multi-State co-operative societies . (2) The multi-State Co-operative societies registered or deemed to be registered under the provisions of this Act shall not indulge in monopolistic and restrictive trade practices as defined in the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969).
