The scope of the Bill is divided into several parts on the usual lines of co-operative legislation in the States providing, among other things, for the appointment of Central Registrar, registration of multi -State co -operative societies, members' rights and liabilities, management of co-operatives, privileges of multi-State co-operatives, their properties and funds, audit, inquiry, inspection, settlement of disputes, winding up and cancellation of registration of multi-State co-operative societies etc.
