Annual accounts and balance -sheet . —A —At every annual general meeting of a multi-State co-operative society, the board shall lay before the multi-State co-operative society—

109 Annual accounts and balance -sheet . —A —At every annual general meeting of a multi-State co-operative society, the board shall lay before the multi-State co-operative society— (a) a balance-sheet as at the end of every 1 [financial year]; and (b) a profit and loss account for that year.
