Committees of board . — 2 [(1) The board may constitute an Executive Committee, and such other committees or sub -committees as may be specified in the bye-laws of the multi-State co-operative society:

53. Committees of board . — 2 [(1) The board may constitute an Executive Committee, and such other committees or sub -committees as may be specified in the bye-laws of the multi-State co-operative society: Provided that the board shall constitute — (a) an Audit and Ethics Committee; (b) a Committee on prevention of sexual harassment at work place.] (2) The Executive Committee or other committee or sub-committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall perform such functions as are assigned to it in accordance with the bye-laws of the multi-State co-operative society.
