Association of employees in management decision making process . — Every multi-State co-operative society shall devise such procedure, as may be specified in the bye-laws or in the administrative instructions of such society, for the association of the representatives of employees of such multi -State co -operative societies at such level or bodies as may be specified in the bye-laws or the instructions issued in this regard, in the management decision making process.
