Notification
The 27th August, 2018
No. S.O.55/C.A.14/1981/S.54/2018.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 of the Air
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 (Central Act 14 of 1981), the Governor of Haryana after consulting
the Haryana State Pollution Control Board hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Air
(Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983, namely:-
1.
These rules may be called the Haryana Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Amendment Rules, 2018.
2.
In the Haryana (Prevention and Control of Air Pollution ) Rules, 1983, in rule 15, in sub-rule (2), after item A
VIII, the following item shall be added, namely:-
“A IX (i)
Consent fee to establish projects/units covered under
Nil;
Haryana Bio-Energy policy 2018
(ii)
Consent fee to be charged for 1st and for subsequent year
Nil.” ;
to operate projects/units covered under Haryana Bio-Energy policy 2018
