Act LIX of 1980) (hereinafterreferred to as the said Act) , the Governor is pleased hereby to make , after previous publication as required by sub-section (I) ofsection 600 ofthe said Act , the following amendments in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Building Rules , 2009 , published underthis department notification No . 450/MA/O/C -4/ 3R -8/2003 , dated the 9th day ofSeptember, r, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) :- Amendment In the said rules , in clause (c) ofsub-rule (1) ofrule 69A , for the number and word " 500 meters " substitute the number and word " 1000 meters " .
