Rajpatra, Pt: IV (Ga), dated 13-11-1992, p. 375.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh hereby makes the following rules regulating the method and field of recruitment to the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development Department Class IV Ser- vice, namely: 1. Short title.-These rules may be called the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat and Rural Development Department Class IV Se vice Recruit- ment Rules; 1992. 2. Application.-These rules shall apply to every member of the service in respect of the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule appended to these rules. 3. Classification and Scales of Pay etc.-The number of posts or their classification, the scales of pay attached thereto, the method of recruit- ment to the posts, age limit and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in the Schedule. 4.
