Definition~-In these rules, urJess the 'context otherwise requires,- (a) "Act"means the Madhya ?radesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (lof 1994); (b) "Sectiori"means a section :>fthe Act; Change of headquarters of Gram Panchayat, division, amalgamation or alteration of Gr~m Panchayat area. -(I) Where the Governor or the authority W to change the headquarten of a Gram Panchayat; or (ii) to alter the lirllits of a Grarr_Panchayat area by including within it any local area in the vicini!)'thereof or by excluding therefrom any local area comprised therein; or (iii) to amalgamate two or more Gram Panchayat areas and form one Gram Panchayat area 'n their place; or " ., (iv) to split up a Gram Panchavat area and form two or mor
