No PT-2010-10-MVD.2010.2.KH The following draft of a notification which is proposed to be issued under section 23 of the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Act; 19S8 (Bom: LXV of 1958) is published as required by section-23 of the said act for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Gujarat on or afiter the expiry of- thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette Any objection Or suggestion which may received by the Additional Chief ' Secretary to the Government of Gujarat Ports and Transport Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar from any person in respect of the said draft before the expiry of the aforesaid person will be considered by the Government: DRAFT NOTIFICATION 1 These rules may be called the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax (Gujarat Amendment) Rules, 2010. 2 In the Bombay Motor Vehicles Tax Rules, 1959 (hereinafter referred to as "the said rules")-, in rule-4 The word "Nationalized" shall be deleted (ii) In rule (e), the words "Nationalized" shall be deleted. 3 In the rules, in rule 7, after the words "Government Treasury' the words "or Bank" shall be inserted: P.
