Amendment of certain enactments . —W —With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, the enactments specified in the Third Schedule shall be amended in the manner specified therein:

Amendment of certain enactments . —W —With effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, the enactments specified in the Third Schedule shall be amended in the manner specified therein: Provided that different dates may be appointed on which the amendments specified in the Third Schedule shall apply to a particular Special Economic Zone or a class of Special Economic Zones or all Special Economic Zones.
