Notification/Order under the provision of the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1988 (Goa Act 22 of 1988) Notification In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Goa Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1988 ( Goa Act No. 22 of 1988) the Government, hereby appoints the following officers as Estate Officers for the purpose of the said Act, within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction in respect of all categories of public premises.
