WHEREAS itis expedient to amend the West Bengal Lokayukta Act, 2003 , West Ben. Act for the purposes and in the mannerhereinafter appearing; XXXV of 2003_ It is hereby enacted in the Fifty-eighth Year ofthe Republic ofIndia, by the Legislature of West Bengal,as follows = Short title and 1. (1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Lokayukta (Amendment) Act; commencement 2007 . Amendment of 2.0 In section 2 ofthe West Bengal Lokayukta Act; 2003 (hereinafter referred to section 2 of West Ben.
