No.LAB 2021/338/C.R.250/DESK-22.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) read with rule 10 of the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority Rules, 1998 and regulation 8 (i) of the Maharashtra Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998 and in partial modification of all other earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby nominates, the persons mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto as the members of District Legal Services Authority mentioned against them in column (2) thereof, to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred on, or assigned to, the District Legal Services Authorities under the said Act for the period of three years with effect from the 29th April, 2022.
