NOCTIFICATION Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, 105, High Court, PWD Building, Mumbai - 400 032. In pursuance to the Executive Committee meeting of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority dated 4% May 2022 and in exercise of powers conferred by Section 29-A of the Legal Services Authorities act, 1987 (39 of 1987), Maharashtra State Legal Services 15 hereby pleased to make the following regulations to amend the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1998 for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of the said Act, namely:- In regulation 18 of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority Regulation 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the "the principal regulations") following points at (8), (3), and (C) of the Schedule shall be substituted. 18. Honorarium payable to legal practitioners on panel and others:— Schedule [see Regulation 18(1) | (A)FOR HIGH COURT HONORARIUM (PROFESSIONAL FEES) PAYABLE TO THE ADVOCATES ON THE PANEL PANEL Criminal Matters Drafting (Criminal Matters) MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES (CIVIL & CRIMINAL MATTERS) (B) FOR DISTRICT COURT / [ TRIAL COURT SCHEDULE OF HONORARIUM (PROFESSIONAL FEES) PAYABLE TO THE NEL FOR SUB-ORDINATE COURTS INCLUDING SCHEDULE OF HONORARIUM (PROFESSIONAL ADVOCATES ON THE PANEL FOR SUB-ORDINATE COURTS INCLUDING LABOUR, FAMILY, CO-OPERATIVE COURT ETC. ADVOCATES ON THE PANEL FOR SUB-ORD TRIBUNAL, INDUSTRIAL/LABOUR, FAMILY, CO-OPERATIVE COURT ETC.
