Regulation 13 shall be substituted &s follows 13 . Meetings: - The Secretary 0f the State Authority with the prior approval of the Executive Chairm ( I 0f the Stute Authority shull arrange meeting of the Authority once in six months 4nd as und when the business may warrant The Secretary of the High Court Committee and its Sub-Com mittees with prior approral %f its Chairman, the Secretury of the District Authority, and the Chuirm(n of the Tuluka Com mittee, 4S the cuse may be, shall hold meetings of the respective bodies 4t Least once in three months and as and when the business may warrant: In the absence of the Executive Chairman 0f the State Authority or of the Chairman of the High Courr Committee and the Sub-Committees, the Districr Authority 0r the Taluku Committee, 06 the cuse may be, o"e of the members nominated by' aIl the other Members present ar the meeting shall preside over the meeting of the respective bodies.
