The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-Section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No . 712] NEW DELHI , WEDNESDAY , JUNE 13 , 2007/JYAISTHA 23 , 1929 MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 12th June , 2007 S.O . 961(E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 32 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act , 1985 (2 of 1986) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules , 2004 namely; 1 . (1) These rules shall be called the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (Amendment) Rules 2004 . They shall come into force on the date of their publication . 2 . In the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules , 2004 , clause 1 , for sub-clause (1) , the following shall be substituted , namely :- " 1 . (i) These rules may be called the Agricultural and Processed Food Products export Development Authority (Amendment) Rules 2005" [F.No . 41/24/2004-EP(Agri.IV) DINESH SHARMA , Jt .
