Section 20

Members and employees of the Authority to be public servants.—All members and employees of the Authority shall, while acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
