An Act to extend the Malabar ~o&pensation f p for Tenants Improvements Act, 1899, with idl p certain modifications to the Gudalur taluk of the Nilgiri district. WEEREAS it is expedient to extend the provisions of the lbi pp Malabar Compensation for Tenants Improvements mmi I ih Ftlidifihdlz;;;kf pp Act, 1899, with Fartlrin modificat~ons, to the Gudalur z mmi I z;;;kf hhdc of the Nilgiri drstrict ; 1900. AND WAWBAS the previous sanction of the GovernorGeneral has been obtained to the passing of this Act ; i p It is hzreby enacted as follows :- (1) This Act may be cdled the Gudalur Compensation for Tenants Improvements Act, 193 1. It extends to the whole of the Gudalur ta'luk of the Nilgiri district.
