GOVERNMENT OF CHHATTISGARH LAW & LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT DKSBHAWANMANTRALAYARAIPUR NOTIFICATION Raipur_dated &-08-02 FNo. 6912[D-2339/XXT-BIC.GJ07, 9" In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Family Courts Act; 1984 (No.66 of 1984), the State Government in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, makes following further amendment in department notification No.1507/D-359/XXI- BICG;/OS,dated 24.2.2005 (as amended vide department Notification 7169/F- 2157/XXI-BIC.G./0S, dated 6-9-2005 & No.5813/D-2O84XXI-BIC.G /07, dated 09-07-2007), namely;- AMENDMENT In Schedule-Il of the said notification; 1J For the entry in column nO. 3 & 4, against serial no.5, the following shall be substituted, namely; S.No: Name of the Court and District; (1) Headquarters Jurisdiction (3) (a) Durg: (@) Revenue District;Durg Note: He shall try the cases transferred by the Principal Judge Family Court; Durg: (b) Additional place (b) Territorial jurisdiction of sitting at of Civil CourtBalod.
