No. FMC-lllG/C.R. 222/D-IX ~In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (66 of 1984), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature of Bombay, with effect from the 28th day of July, 2018, hereby establishes a Family Court at Dhule and specifies the local limits of the following area namely (1) The area within the limits ofthe Dhule Municipal Corporation of Dhule for the purpose of exercising the jurisdiction and powers conferred by the said Act.
