Protectwn of acts done in good faith.-No SUit, prosecution or other legal pr o oceedmg~ s shall he against the Government, the Authority or the Chairman, the \1t 'l'l',{tn;s D1rector or other m:!"nb~r of the Author1ty or any officer or se·vant of the Governmep.t or of the Authority for anything which IS in good faith done or purported or intcnded'to be done in pursuance of this Art or any 1 ule or regulation made thereunder.

i9 Membrrs Officers, and Servants of the Authority to br publzc servants.-1 he Chairman, Managing Director, members, officers and servants of the Authonty shall be deemad when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provrsrons ot tins Act or any rule or regulation made thereuntler to be pnbhc servant, Within the meaning of section 21 of the India!bPenal Code, 1860 (Central Act 15 of 1860) and the Prcvent10n of Corruption Act, 1947 (Ct':n!ial Act:.:! of 1947).
