14. Protection of action taken in good faith:-~No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or State Government and no suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act 15. [Amendment of Act 52 of 1974.] Rep: by the Repealing and Amending Act, 2001 (30 of 2001), 2 and the First Schedule (w.ef 3-9-2001).
