S.O.242. -Inexercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Rajasthan State Road Development Fund Act, . 2004 (A~t No , 13 of 2004), the State Goverriment being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendments in this department ' s notification No. F . 8(11)PW/94 . dated , 06.09.2004 , w ith effect from 04 . 02.2015, namely:- AMENDMENTS In the table given in the said notific3tion , - (i) in column number 3 against serial number J, for the existing expression "Rs. OjO per Litre", the expression "Rupee one per Litre" shall be substituted.
