(2) These regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2 Deflnitions. (1) Unless the context otherwise requires, (a) "Act" means the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003); (b) "application" means an application filed under sub-section (4) of section 17 or sub-section (10) of section 18 of the Act and includes a miscellaneous application; (c) "Bench" means a Bench of the Adjudicating Authority constituted by the Chairperson of the Adjudicating Authority; (d) "complaint" means a complaint made under sub-section (5) of section 5 of the Act; (e) "Form means a Form appended to these regulations.
