NOTIFICATION APPOINTING THE ADJUDICATING AUTHORITYI In exercise Of tle powers conlferred by stb-section (1) of section 6 of the Prevention of Money-lavndering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby appoints an Adjudicating Auihority to exercise jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred by Or under tne said Act_ The Adjudicc 'ing Authority shall consist of a Chairperson and two Members and shall function within the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance of ie Central Government with Headquarters nt New Delhi. NCTIFICATIONSPECIFYING THE NEW DELHI BENCH? In exercize of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (5) of section 6 of the Prevention %f Money-'aundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby specifies tha: the New Delii Bench of the Adjudicating Authority appointed under sub- section (1) 0f sectivn 6 of the said Act shall exercise jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred by or uder the said Act over the whole of India.
