In exercise of the power conferred by section 138 of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following rules :- Rules 1. Short tith & commencement :- These rales may be called the West Bengal Town & Country Planning (Development of Township Projects) Rules, 2008.
