Indemnity:-No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Chairperson, Vice-Chairpersons or any member of the Committee Or State Committee in respect of anything in good faith done or purporting to have been done under this Act; except with the prior permission of the Central or State Government, as the case may be.
