IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is 1o order th ion, the Governor is pleased 1o order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 202/LI1-4-2025- 13(H)2017 dated July 25, 2025: 13(H)2017, dated July 25, 2025: No. 202/111-4-2025-13(H)/2017 Dated Lucknow, July 25, 2025 'WHEREAS under Section 18 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (Act no. 35 of 2002), names of the nominated members of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee have been published vide Government notification no. 154/52-4-2025-13(H)/2017 dated May 14, 2025; AND WHEREAS the Uttar Pradesh Haj Committee has elected Sri Danish Azad Ansari, Hon'ble Member of Legislative Council as the Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee in its meeting held on June 02, 2025 at 11.00 AM at Fifth Floor, Alpsankhyak airperson of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee in its meeting held on June 02, 2025 at 11.00 AM at Fifth Floor, Alpsankhyak Kalyan Nideshalay Meeting Hall, Indira Bhawan, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow; Bhawan, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-section (3) of Section 21 of the aforesaid Gove the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to notify the election of Sri Danish Azad Ansari, Hon'ble Member of Legislative Co Legislative Council as the Chairperson of the Uttar Pradesh State Haj Committee.
