EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No.1369, CUTTACK, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2015/ASWINA 8, 1937 FOOD SUPPLIES & CONSUMER WELFARE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 28th September, 2015 No. 19269–09-17-15-05/2015/FS&CW.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 10 of National Food Security Act (NFSA), 2013, Government after careful consideration, have been pleased to approve on more Auto Inclusion Criterion in addition to the five Auto Inclusion Criteria notified earlier for identification of Priority Households and Antyodaya Anna Yojana households to be covered under Targeted Public Distribution System under the Act. According to the new Auto Inclusion Criterion " the Transgender applicants" would be included being a PDS beneficiary under NFSA, 2013. This will be treated as the sixth Auto Inclusion Criteria for identification of PDS beneficiaries under NFSA in the State.
