JULY &, 2022 (ASAR 17,1944 SAKA) 1155 PART III GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 27th June, 2022 No G.S.R. 48/P.A.3/1911/S.240/Amd:(7)/2022.-With reference to the Government of Punjab, Department of Local Government; Notification No. G.S.R.24/PA.3/ 1911/S.240/Amd./2022, dated the Z6th April, 2022, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 240 of the Punjab Municipal Act; 1911 (Punjab Act No. 3 of 1911), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf; the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, namely:- RULES 1. (1) These rules may be called the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities (First Amendment) Rules, 2022. They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the
